Chris goes to the Cape of Good Hope

We continued today with the list of the usual suspects of Cape Town... we drove down the coast to see the penguin colony.  These are African penguins who only live in Namibia and South Africa.

After visiting with the Penguins, we continued down the coast all the way to the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point.  The Cape of Good Hope is the most south western point in Africa.

It was cold and windy at the top of Cape Point.

After lunch, we drove back towards Cape Town stopping at the Botanical Gardens.  At this point, we are officially out of steam for seeing the sites. We cannot absorb any additional information. The weather also turned cold and rainy which is hardly the best weather conditions for touring gardens.

Tonight is our last night in Africa. We will do some quick touring in the morning before our early evening flight back to London.
