Bike. Beach.

Great dinner at Otium last night.  I was laughing and talking so much that I forgot to take pictures of the food.  Trust me. Everything was great.

Today, we spent the day at the beach.  We rented bikes and rode from the Pier to Muscle Beach with a side trip to check out the shops on Abbey Kinney.  Perfect weather.  Perfect day. 

Those are the $9 sunglasses we bought at the pier.  Of course, Butch and I are the only 2 people who forget to bring sunglasses to the beach.  

Lunch was a bit of an adventure. Many of the restaurants we looked at were a tad Kale heavy.  At one point, Butch asked what the A stood for in a "BLTA." My response: "Avocado. Seriously Butch we are in California. There is avocado in everything."

We are relaxing at the hotel pool now.  Looking forward to dinner at Dan Tana's last night.  Classic old school red sauce Italian.
