We have arrived in L.A. after an easy flight.
Staying at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. When we checked in, they noticed it was my birthday soon so they upgraded us to a suite and gave us a bottle of champagne and some birthday cake.
After a round of drinks poolside, we wandered around Beverly Hills popping in and out of the stores.
I think it will be an early night. We have an early dinner reservation at the restaurant in the hotel. Butch is starting to run out of energy. He doesn't adjust to this time change immediately like I do. I use days to count the last time I was on the west coast. For Butch, it's been years.
