View of the hotel pool and outside bar from our room
We had dinner last night at Cut, a Wolfgang Puck restaurant, in our hotel. It's one of those steakhouses where they bring the various cuts of meat to your table so you can select one before they cook it. We could not decide so they were happy to bring us the Sirloin sampler which consisted of a piece of Japanese Wagyu, American Wagyu (I didn't realize that was a thing) and dry-aged corn fed American beef.

Note: I forgot to take the picture until we were almost done.
Everything was really good but Butch and I both enthusiastically agreed that the good ol'corn fed American beef was the best. It melted in your mouth.
Not to be out done by the hotel staff, the restaurant also wished me a Happy Birthday via chocolate sauce (the best way to be wished Happy Birthday)
We (well Butch really) were up early. I wanted to have a swim before breakfast but it's cold and foggy here in the mornings.
We are going to go to the Peterson Auto Museum this morning (hey, Butch gets to pick a museum too) and then head over to the downtown area. I'm hoping to get into the Broad. I did not realize that I was supposed to get a ticket ahead of time. We will see how it goes.
