Most of the day was spent traveling so nothing super exciting to report. We safely arrived in Antigua. Had a few problems with the rental car – not the car we reserved, no gas, flat spare tire – but I’ll take that up with Hertz.
Ronnie met us with big hugs at The White House. Everything is just as wonderful as we remembered it. After dropping off our bags, we headed to Castaways for a quick snack and an adult beverage or 2.
After Castaways, it was directly to the ocean. The water is so incredibly nice.
We are now enjoying some Pina Coladas on the veranda. I have to admit that I really miss the gang. I hope they arrive on time tomorrow.
