Sorry for the uninspired posts. I’ve been fighting a nasty head cold which has sapped my creativity as well as my energy.
Waking up to this is never a bad thing
In reality, we did not do much more than the Jolly Harbour shuffle yesterday – drink, swim in the ocean, swim in the pool, a round at Castaways, eat, re-apply sunblock, swim in ocean, repeat. You get it. We ate all our meals at the house. I have a greater appreciation for what people go through at our AirBnB now. The kitchen here is not that well stocked. For example, we cooked eggs in a wok this morning.
The supermarket has a special – you get a free Banks t-shirt for each case of Banks beer you buy. Needless to say, we are up to about 7 t-shirts.
Today, we are heading south along the Valley Road to a part of the island to which we’ve never been. Turners Beach and Darkwood Beach are the intended destinations.
